Contact Me

Shawn M. Curry is a graduate of Widener University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University. Most recently, Mr. Curry was employed as an Associate with a private law firm, where he concentrated on the areas of criminal and DUI defense. Mr. Curry has also gained legal experience through his employment with the Centre County Office of Public Defender, the Law Office of the late-John “Rusty” Miller, in Lewistown, PA and the Dauphin County Office of District Attorney working in the capacity of law clerk/intern for each.

Representing clients in all aspects of criminal defense, Mr. Curry has appeared in more than 20 counties throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania including: Adams, Berks, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Franklin, Fulton, Lebanon, Lehigh, Mifflin, Juniata, Blair, Bedford, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Tioga, Union, and York counties. Attorney Curry is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, U.S. District Court to the Middle District of Pennsylvania and all Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas.

Attorney Curry has ascertained relevant training and experience outside the courtroom as well. Mr. Curry has served as a faculty member teaching trial advocacy skills to law students at Widener University School of Law’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP). Additionally, Attorney Curry has received certification as an Instructor in Standard Field Sobriety Testing and as an Evidentiary Breath Test Technician relating to DUI litigation. He also participated in the National Drug Defense Seminar in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Curry believes in providing a passionate defense on an individualized, case-by-case basis.
