Contact Me

Timothy J. Colgan is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park.  He began practicing family law, bankruptcy and real estate law with The Wiley Group in 1997. He became partner in the firm in 1998 and was managing partner from 2002 to 2008. In April 2008, he formed Colgan Marzzacco, LLC. He trained in Collaborative Practice in 2007 and Mediation in 2008. He is the 2008 and 2009 President of the Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania (CPCP).  He is a member of the Cumberland, York and Dauphin County Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).
