Attorney Kris Smull is a knowledgeable and experienced divorce lawyer who treats his clients’ matters as his own. A patient and attentive listener, Kris takes the time to understand each client’s situation and works to develop an individualized plan to achieve the best possible outcome.
Kris works diligently to protect his clients’ rights and reach settlements that are amicable and fair, especially for children. While it is Kris’ goal to resolve cases out of court and in the most cost effective and efficient manner for the client, he is prepared to go to court and fight for his clients’ rights when necessary. Clients appreciate Kris’ availability to answer questions when they arise, and they gain confidence from his reassuring counsel. Kris is experienced in all areas of family law and serves clients in Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon, Lancaster, Perry, York, Adams and Franklin Counties. He is a graduate of Widener University School of Law, with an undergraduate degree from Temple University. Kris is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, Dauphin County Bar Association Family Law Section, and Cumberland County Bar Association Family Law Section.
Additionally, Kris is frequently called upon by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) and the National Business Institute (NBI) to teach Continuing Legal Education classes for fellow attorneys on matters related to family law and has published numerous educational materials on the subject as well. Kris has built a reputation of trust and respect among his peers and in the local community. Kris has been recognized as one of the Select Lawyers by Susquehanna Style Magazine.
Kris resides in Camp Hill with his wife, son and daughter. Outside of the office and courtroom, Kris enjoys sports, movies, literature and live theatre. Kris’ dedication to both his family and the community is demonstrated by his involvement in two local theatre organizations. Kris serves on the Board of Directors for both the Gamut Theatre and Keystone Theatrics.
