Are a father’s rights protected in Pennsylvania?
My ex-wife and I have been divorced just over 2 years now and she is planning on re-marrying in the spring. Her current fiance has expressed repeatedly that he would love for my sons to think of him as a “father figure”. Which not only angers me, but raises the concern whether or not they plan on phasing me out of my children’s lives? Seeing that we share custody. Are a father’s rights protected in Pennsylvania?
