Juvenile robbery case
If somebody committed a robbery with a gun, but it wasn’t a real gun, is it still charged the same as a gun robbery? The reason I ask is that my juvenile son has committed this foolish act. And, although I feel he needs to be punished for his actions. I also feel that if he were charged to the full extent of the law, this will undoubtedly send him down a permanent path of criminal activity.
