What are the laws in Pennsylvania regarding restraining orders?
I recently found out that my 17 year old son has befriended a 30 year old woman. I suppose it is probably a mother figure or mentor for him as his mother is really not a big part of his life. The problem is, although he claims that this relationship isn’t at all sexual and that she and him just share common interests (music history). I am just not comfortable with the situation. In research I have found that Pennsylvania has no restraining or no contact order only the PFA order but that would not apply in this case. Can I keep this woman away if I chose to? What are the laws in Pennsylvania regarding restraining orders?
